TELUS Health Service Integration for Mobile App

Discovered how best to inform members about new mental health services, what language to use to increase member understanding, and designed transition screens that utilized a long transition time from the Manulife mobile app to the TELUS web experience.

Emerging Tech Health Feature Discovery

Led discovery research to uncover key customer values, refined the value proposition and use cases, and identified essential considerations for the successful launch of a new health feature on our mobile app.

‘Trusted Feeds’ AI Content Fact Checking Feature PoC

Designed and tested a multi-modal proof of concept using a large language model (LLM) with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to address misinformation on social media. I prototyped the solution in Figma and v0, tested the model in a Google Colab notebook, and followed up with iterations based on user feedback.
